The CoBALT Cognitive-Memory Function Analysis

The CoBALT CMF Analysis is an early-stage screening tool use to identify  the potential or propensity  for cognitive malfunction especially with regard to dementia and Alzheimer's.   The CoBALT CMF is not to be completed by the patient/person of concern, but by an observer or concerned party.  

When concerns surface regarding a family member or friend about their memory, cognitive function, and mental acuity, you (as an observer) can complete a CoBALT in a matter of minutes in a user-friendly, cost-effective,  confidential, and dignified fashion.

Remember, when our cognitive faculties are beginning to fail, we can't think quite clearly enough to chart a course of correction - and we typically must rely on another person.  Be that concerned individual  and use the CoBALT to gain insight about someone you care about.  Be that "friend or family member" who takes the initiative about another.
