Within the scope of unified-field health science, the mind-body physiology can experience imbalances which can lead to illness. Those imbalances are typically deficiency, inflammation, and/or toxicity.

Cells, tissues, and organs can be lacking necessary nutrients without the individual being aware.

Chronic weakness, ongoing fatigue, cloudy thinking, and experiencing anxiety, and vegetative depression can be signs of cellular deficiency

Compromising the physical faculties: infection, irritation, joint or organ pain...all considered an inflammatory event. Some source of "heat" is causing impact from the cell up to the organs resulting in an imbalance in the physiology.

Compromising the psychological faculties: rage, anger, frustration, agitative moods, jealousy...all of which are emotional events. Some source of "heat" is causing impact to the entire mind-body complex of the individual's physiology.

"NBC" environmental and toxic risks include exposures to harmful levels of radioactivity, being in proximity to biological contaminants, and/or contamination with chemical compounds which can alter the cells as well as induce organ disease and illness.

There is such a think as "people and social" toxicity and contamination. Perhaps it is in the workplace or the social events in which a person is involved. It is not uncommon to discover illness brough on by occupation or the specific place one works or frequents. This is called "people environment".

The "fuel" we supply ourselves is critical to reducing inflammation, replenishing cellular nutrients, cleansing tissues and pacifying organ systems. Imbalances often suggest specific foods and supplements critical to the rebuilding of the human machine. When the HealthCORE Analysis is used, dietary recommendations are provided specific to the imbalances in the mind and body.

A person is often unaware that there is an inflammatory process going on, a deficiency present, or the presence of compromising toxins. Likewise, the average person is unlikely to know if they are sleep-deprived and suffering from a low-grade exhaustion which is adding to their imbalance.

It is rather common for an individual who is suffering physiological imbalance to be unaware of their exposures to compromising toxic and harmful environments. This includes chemical exposures, proximity to biological waste, or being impacted by unknown radioactivity. Furthermore, toxic workplaces, unhealthy relationships, and risky social structures are also considered toxic places.

To improve your "re-balancing" and restoration of healthy and productive ADL's (activities of daily living), it is prudent to participate in body and structure work such as osteopathic care, massage therapy, chiropractic treatments, or specific and related physical therapy. It moves energy, it helps to release toxins and stagnation.

The human machine is not designed to simply sit and do nothing. Spend time in recreation. Invest in special projects or community service programs. Be active...be playful...include friends and family. Not only does it serve the body well, it purges stagnation from the mind.

Each one of us have 6 very important areas of our life which can make us either adaptive or maladaptive in our daily efforts and life goals. We invite you to read more about them.
